Las Rozas vs Sevilla Predictions

A straight-forward away win should be on the cards, but Las Rozas are likely to put up some resistance.

I'm backing Sevilla to win with under 3.5 goals scored.

  • Las Rozas lost 2 of their last 3 home matches (Copa del Rey)

  • Las Rozas have seen under 2.5 goals in their last 4 home matches

  • Sevilla won 8 of their last 10 away matches (Copa del Rey)

  • Sevilla failed to score 3+ goals in their last 17 away matches

Head to Head

Las Rozas and Sevilla will meet for the first time on Wednesday.

Las Rozas Form

Las Rozas come into Wednesday's Copa del Rey contest after their eight-game unbeaten run was brought to a halt last weekend. Manu González's men slipped to a 1-0 away defeat at Aravaca on Saturday.

A tough side to beat at Estadio Navalcarbón, Las Rozas won 12 and lost just one of 18 home matches played this year.

The fifth-tier side will make their second Copa del Rey appearance in three seasons after securing their spot through their performance in the Copa Federación de España.

Las Rozas Team News

Las Rozas boss Manu Gonzalez is likely to retain faith in the bulk of the same side that fell at Aravaca last weekend.

Former Rayo Vallecano forward Joselu Cano is set to spearhead the home attack.

Sevilla Form

Sevilla make the trip to Las Rozas de Madrid after an excellent 2-0 away win at Espanyol last Friday. Dodi Lukébakio's double strike secured a first away win in nine matches for Garcia Pimienta's side.

An up-and-down start to the campaign has seen Sevilla win four and lose four of 11 La Liga fixtures.

Strong in recent Copa del Rey away fixtures, Los Nervionenses won eight away and lost just two of their last ten cup ties since 2022.

Sevilla Team News

Head coach Pimienta has a lengthy list of expected absentees on Wednesday. Orjan Nyland, Loic Bade and Tanguy Nianzou are set to miss out after picking up injuries in Friday's road win at Espanyol.

Saul Niguez, Chidera Ejuke and Suso are also tipped to remain sidelined.
